    Capital Service is a company operating in the finance sector since 1999, and the owner of the online loan brand Kredyt OK.

  • Our approach.

    Our task was to develop a strategy to maximise the number of customers for our client but without exceeding a defined maximum CPA (cost per acquisition). We began by conducting an activity audit for Capital Service (Google Ads and SEM), which showed that optimisation would allow them to acquire customers more effectively within the same budget.Then, we have prepared a keyword search results analysis related to our client’s financial products, pinpointing, among other things, the days and times when the keywords and phrases we were interested in were most popular. This allowed us to begin programmatic ad buying. In addition, an insight from the client (the fact that customers were more likely to sign agreements in brick-and-mortar branches) helped us to concentrate our advertising activities on target audiences located within 15 km of those branches. These two approaches allowed us to lower the cost of acquiring quality leads.  We have also expanded our activities by placing ads on the local information websites in the cities where the client had branches. We have also used Facebook Ads campaigns, remarketing and advertising services.

The client’s opinion
  • The activities carried out by KERRIS resulted in the acquisition of more than 1,000 sales leads for our online and offline channels. Moreover, the conversion cost per unit was over 30% lower than initial estimates at the beginning of our collaboration.
